The groundwork for Alpha Girl was laid in September 2017 when I played a solo set at Bard College when Mason asked if I need a drummer. I said yes. And then we started writing songs for two guitars.

So then we added Edgar. And then Martha. We played some shows together and it was great! We wrote a bunch of songs!

And then life happened, folks moved away. Edgar moved on, we added James, and then when Ari came to record some parts for the album, we added him too. Also Charlie filled in for a gig.

Alpha Girl is a band made up of friends who just like making music together. We do it when we can and it's always a good time r
